You are the data controller for personal data you process using our services; SCRIPTYLABS acts as your processor and handles that data only on your documented instructions.
2. Sub-processors
We use vetted sub-processors (for example, infrastructure and payment providers) under contracts with equivalent protections, and we'll inform you of material changes.
3. Security & assistance
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures and will assist you with data-subject requests and breach notifications as required by law.
