1. Your customers
As a reseller you manage your customer relationships and pricing, and you're responsible for first-line support and for your customers' compliance with our policies.
2. Billing
You're billed at reseller rates for the resources you provision. You remain liable for amounts owed regardless of whether your customers pay you.
3. Branding
You may present services under your own brand within the limits of our Brand Guidelines, and must not misrepresent your relationship with SCRIPTYLABS.
